Girl Fashion Show®

You’re invited!
On Saturday, November 11th, and Sunday, November 12th, the
Junior League of Evanston-North Shore will host its annual
fundraiser, the American Girl
Fashion Show.®
|
The educational and
entertaining show features historically inspired clothes, as well as
hip new looks for girls today. Adorable outfits for the littlest
American Girl fans will also be presented at the event, and children
will have the opportunity to have a photo taken of them with their
family, friends and dolls. Party favors, an elegant tea party and
prizes complete the fun.

The Fashion Show will
be held at Michigan Shores Club in Wilmette,
Illinois. The Club is located on the shores of beautiful
Lake Michigan. Its unique Tudor clubhouse was designed by
world famous architect and civic planner, Daniel Burnham.

With its dark wood
beams and high ceilings, the Stone Ballroom will
provide a dramatic backdrop for the event. Come share a
special time with your favorite girl and learn about how
generations of American girls have used clothing to express
their own unique style and personality! |
Tickets
are $40 per person or $350 for a table of 10. The ticket price
includes complimentary valet parking. (Please note that
parking in the Michigan Shores Club parking lot is prohibited.) Net
proceeds from the show will benefit the League’s outreach programs
for children in our community.
Elegant, yet
child-friendly, tea party fare will be served during the show
(including chicken salad, ham and cucumber finger sandwiches,
muffins, scones and more) with coffee, tea and assorted juices.
